33. Extinction of title of mortgagee to mortgaged land after expiration of period for action claiming sale of land.
At the expiration of the period fixed by this Act for a mortgagee to bring an action claiming sale of the mortgagedland, the title of the mortgagee to the land shall be extinguished.
