In regulation 1 of the Credit Institutions and Insurance Undertakings Reorganisation and Winding Up (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 [S.I. 2019/38.], at paragraph (2), for "on [ date ]" substitute "immediately before IP completion day".
