Regulation 3 Amendment of the Iran (Sanctions) (Nuclear) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

(1) The Iran (Sanctions) (Nuclear) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 [S.I. 2019/461.] are amended as set out in paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 30(3), for the words "the person was connected with Iran", substitute "the goods or technology were located in Iran".
