Regulation 46 Amendment of Article 59
In Article 59(1) -
(a) in point (a), for "harmonised standard pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 765/2008" substitute "standard";
(b) in point (b), omit the words from "Delegated Regulation" to "in Annex I of this Regulation,".
