NB: there are amendments to these regulations in reg. 10 of the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2022 [SI 2022 No. 818] but as these regulations have been revoked Better Regulation believe that they should refer to, and be effected in, the Burundi (Sanctions) Regulations 2021 [SI 2021 No. 1404], as referred to in the Explanatory Note.
