101. Repeals and revocations (Chapter I).

Repealed from 1 July 2004

(1) Each enactment specified in column (2) of Part I of the Third Schedule is hereby repealed to the extent specified in column (3) of that Part.

(2) Paragraph 7 of the Imposition of Duties (No. 221) (Excise Duties) Order, 1975, is hereby revoked.
