This annex details changes made to SS34/15 following its initial publication in August 2015 following Policy Statement (PS) 19/15 ‘The PRA Rulebook: Part 3’.

Following publication of PS9/24 – Implementation of the Basel 3.1 standards near-final part 2, this SS was updated. The PRA removed FSA005, which was deleted, and updated the references and hyperlinks links to Capital + instructions for templates PRA 112, PRA113 and PRA114.

Updates made to the SS:

- 1.4 of Overview updated to reflect the changes in data items that are to be completed.

- 2.2 of Integrated regulatory reporting updated to reflect changes to the RAG 1 requirements from 7.1 of Regulatory Reporting

- Title of Appendices updated to reflect data item changes.

- Appendix 1: Names of data items updated to reflect data item changes.

- Appendix 1: Data items deleted where no longer required.

- Appendix 14: Historic data items and instructions moved here.

Appendix 1: Year effective dates changed.

This policy is effective from Tuesday 1 January 2026.

Following publication of PS25/21 ‘Responses to CP13/21 Occasional Consultation Paper’ this SS was updated. The following changes came into effect on Wednesday 10 November 2021:

- removal of FSA042 from Appendix 1.
