(a) In Annex I, the following is inserted between the entries for Belgium and the Czech Republic:

and, between the entries for Portugal and Slovenia:

(b) In Annex II, the following is inserted between the entries for Belgium and the Czech Republic:

"BULGARIA:

акционерно дружество, дружество с ограничена отговорност" and, between the entries for Portugal and Slovenia:

"ROMANIA:

societate pe acţiuni, societate cu răspundere limitată".
