1. The following Regulations are amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation:

(a) in the field of the free movement of goods:

 - Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency [OJ L 396, 30.12.2006, p. 1.],

 - Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures [OJ L 353, 31.12.2008, p. 1.],

 - Regulation (EC) No 78/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 January 2009 on the type-approval of motor vehicles with regard to the protection of pedestrians and other vulnerable road users [OJ L 35, 4.2.2009, p. 1.], and

 - Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 September 2011 on textile fibre names and related labelling and marking of the fibre composition of textile products [OJ L 272, 18.10.2011, p. 1.];

(b) in the field of the freedom of movement of persons:
