(1) The Civil Aviation (Access to Air Travel for Disabled Persons and Persons with Reduced Mobility) Regulations 2014 [S.I. 2014/2833, amended by S.I. 2016/729.] are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3(1), omit the following definitions -

(a) “electronic address”;

(b) “electronic communication”;

(c) “electronic communications network”;

(d) “enforcement order”;

(e) “enforcement subject”;

(f) “interim enforcement order”.

(3) Omit regulations 5 to 23.
