(1) The Export Control (Sudan, South Sudan and Central African Republic Sanctions) Regulations 2014 [S.I. 2014/3258, as amended by S.I. 2015/97; S.I. 2015/1546; S.I. 2019/1236; and prospectively amended by S.I. 2019/137 and S.I. 2019/438.] are amended as follows -

(a) in regulation 3 -

(i) in paragraph (1) the words ""the Central African Republic Regulation" means council Regulation (EU) 224/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Central African Republic;" are omitted;

(ii) in paragraph (2) -

(aa) the words "or the Central African Republic Regulation" are omitted.

(bb) the words "those Regulations" are replaced with "the Sudan Regulation";

(b) Part 3 is omitted;

(c) in regulation 7(a), omit "or Article 2 of the Central African Republic Regulation";

(d) in paragraphs (2) and (3)(a) of regulation 11, omit "and the Central African Republic Regulation".
