The following provisions are to be regarded as not being financial sanctions legislation for the purposes of Part 8 of the Policing and Crime Act 2017 [See section 143(4)(f) and (4A), as inserted by the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, Schedule 3, paragraph 8(1) and (3).] -

(a) regulation 25(1) (financial services relating to illegally removed Iraqi cultural property);

(b) regulation 26(1) (brokering services: non-UK activity relating to illegally removed Iraqi cultural property).
