Regulation 25 Destruction, mutlitation or falsification of documents.

(1) A person shall not destroy, mutilate or falsify, or be privy to the destruction, multilation or falsification of any book or document affecting or relating to the property or affairs of a grouping, or make or be privy to the making of a false entry therein.

(2) A person shall not fraudulently part with, alter or make an omission in, any such book or document.

(3) A person shall not be convicted of an offence under this Regulation if he proves that he had no intention to defeat the law.
