Regulation 34E Amendment of the Payment Services Regulations 2017

(1) The Payment Services Regulations 2017 [S.I. 2017/752. Regulation 14(5) is prospectively amended by S.I. 2020/591.] are amended as set out in paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 14(5), after paragraph (c) insert -

"(ca) an offence under any of regulations 11 to 16 of the Counter-Terrorism (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
