(1) This Order may be cited as the Chemical Weapons (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2020 and comes into force immediately after both the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2020 [S.I. 2020/590. Regulation 8 prospectively amends S.I. 2019/618.] and the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 4) Regulations 2020 [S.I. 2020/951. Regulation 8 prospectively amends S.I. 2019/618.] have come into force in the United Kingdom.

(2) This Order extends to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1.
