Regulation 3 Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001

In article 6(1)(a) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 [S.I. 2001/544. There are other amending instruments, but none is relevant.], for paragraph (iv), substitute -

"(iv) National Savings and Investments;".
