(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

(2) Subject to paragraph (3), they come into force immediately before IP completion day.

(3) Regulation 7 comes into force on the day after these Regulations are made.
