(1) This Order may be cited as the South Sudan (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2020 and comes into force immediately after both the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2020 [S.I. 2020/591. Regulation 4 prospectively amends S.I. 2019/438.] and the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 3) Regulations 2020 [S.I. 2020/950. Regulation 4 prospectively amends S.I. 2019/438.] have come into force in the United Kingdom.

(2) This Order extends to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1.
