37. TPIMs: extension of residence measure

In Schedule 1 to the Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Act 2011 (measures) -

(a) in the heading before paragraph 1, omit "Overnight", and

(b) in paragraph 1(2)(c) and (8)(a), omit "overnight".
