(1) The Minister, the Bank, and the Credit Union Restructuring Board may enter into an arrangement in relation to the collection of contributions payable by credit unions in the form of levies under this Act.
(2) The costs associated with the collection of levies under this Act shall be met from the Credit Union Fund.
