15. Tax clearance certificates.

Section 1094(1) of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 is amended, in the definition of "the Acts", by substituting the following for paragraph (e):

"(e) the Value-Added Tax Acts, and any instruments made thereunder,

(f) the Finance (Local Property Tax) Act 2012;".
