74. Amendment of section 1077E of Principal Act (penalty for deliberately or carelessly making incorrect returns, etc.)

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 21 October 2021 by Dáil Éireann

Section 1077E of the Principal Act is amended by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (17):

"(18) This section shall not apply in respect of any disclosure made, act done or omission made after the date of the passing of the Finance Act 2021.".
