13. Provision of information by Bank to Minister

The Act of 1995 is amended by the insertion of the following section after section 114:
(1) Subject to subsection (3), the Minister may, in writing, request the Bank to obtain and publish aggregate information and statistics in relation to the high cost credit sector.
(2) The Bank shall comply with a request from the Minister under subsection (1).
(3) The Minister shall not request the Bank to publish personal data (within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 [O.J. No. L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1.]) under subsection (1).".
