Regulation 31G Trade: exception for certain technical assistance to aircraft and ships
(1) The prohibitions in regulation 27N (technical assistance relating to aircraft and ships) are not contravened by the provision of any technical assistance where a failure to provide that assistance would endanger -
(a) the lives of persons on board -
(b) the safety of -
(2) In this regulation, the following terms have the same meaning as they have in regulation 27N -
"aircraft";
"ship".
