10. Court powers exercisable in support of arbitral proceedings.

(1) Subject to subsection (2), the High Court shall have the same powers in relation to Articles 9 and 27 as it has in any other action or matter before the Court.

(2) When exercising any powers in relation to Articles 9 and 27, the High Court shall not, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, make any order relating to security for costs of the arbitration or make any order for discovery of documents.
