6. Penalties for offences.

Every person guilty of an offence under any section of this Act shall, save in the case of an offence for which a special penalty is provided by this Act, be liable on summary conviction thereof to, in the case of a first offence under such section, a fine not exceeding ten pounds or, in the case of a second or any subsequent offence under such section, a fine not exceeding twenty-five pounds.
