96 Use of directors' address information by registrar
This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1st reading published on 22 September 2022 by House of Commons
(1) The Companies Act 2006 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 242 (protected information: restriction on use or disclosure by registrar) -
(a) in subsection (3), omit "use or" in each place it occurs;
(b) in the heading, omit "use or".
(3) In section 243 (permitted use or disclosure by registrar) -
(a) omit subsection (1);
(b) in the heading, omit "use or".
