Date of application

8. These Guidelines apply at 30 June 2023 with the exception of sections 4.5 and 4.6 that apply at 31 December 2023.

Repeal

9. The Guidelines on the management of interest rate risk arising from non-trading book activities (EBA/GL/2018/02) are repealed with effect from the date of application of these guidelines.
