57. Amendment of section 111 of Principal Act (annual accounts)

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 30 November 2022 by Seanad Éireann

Section 111 of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (4), by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (c):

"(c) it has been signed by the manager of the credit union and by a member of the board of directors acting on behalf of the board.".
