22. Offences: false or misleading information
The Principal Act is amended by the insertion of the following section after section 80:
"80A.
(1) A person who knowingly, or recklessly, provides the Board with information which is false or misleading in a material particular in connection with an application under section 11 is guilty of an offence.
(2) A person who knowingly, or recklessly, provides an assessor (within the meaning of section 20) with information which is false or misleading in a material particular in connection with a request under section 23 or 26 is guilty of an offence.".
