(1) The authorised share capital of the IANS shall be such amount as may be determined from time to time by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, after consultation with the Minister, divided into shares of one euro each.
(2) Section 969(1) of the Act of 2014 shall not apply to the IANS.
