84. Amendment of European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2011

The European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 352 of 2011) are amended, in Regulation 132A(4), by the deletion of "concerned in the management of a regulated financial service provider".
