Section 101(3) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2011 is amended, in the definition of "relevant enactment", by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (ha):
"(hb) the Energy (Windfall Gains in the Energy Sector) (Temporary Solidarity Contribution) Act 2023,".
