(1) The Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Designation of Participating Countries) (Scotland) Order 2009 [S.S.I. 2009/106 as amended by S.I. 2017/730.] is amended as follows.

(2) For article 2 substitute -

"2. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden are designated as participating countries under section 51(2)(b) of the 2003 Act for the purposes of sections 31, 47 and 48 of, and paragraph 15 of Schedule 2 to, that Act.".

(3) Omit article 3.
