66. Amendment of Schedule 2 to Principal Act (zero-rated goods and services)

Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is amended, in Part 2, in paragraph 14, by the insertion of "or buildings used wholly or predominantly for the provision of primary or post-primary education by recognised schools within the meaning of the Education Act 1998" after "private dwellings".
