Regulation 31 Amendment of FSMA 2000

In sections 300H(5) (rules relating to investment exchanges and data reporting service providers) and 312E(4) (public censure) of FSMA 2000, for "Data Reporting Services Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/699) " substitute "Data Reporting Services Regulations 2024".
