16. Offence of giving false or misleading information to Executive under certain provisions 5
The Principal Act is amended by the insertion of the following section after section 14M (inserted by section 15):
"14N.
Any person who knowingly, or recklessly, gives the Executive information which is false or misleading in a material particular in, with, or in connection with -
(a) an application under section 14A, 14F, 14G, 14H, 14K or 14L,
(b) a notification under section 14F or 14G,
(c) a determination under section 14C or 14M,
(d) a review under section 14E, or
(e) a decision under section 14I,
is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a class A fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or both.".
