In this Part -

"company" means - (a) a company formed and registered under the Companies Act 2014, (b) an existing company within the meaning of that Act, or (c) any other body corporate within the meaning of that Act;

"custodian" means a person appointed to hold assets of either or both of the relevant Funds, whether in physical or electronic form;

"relevant Fund" means, as the case may be - (a) the FI Fund, or (b) the ICN Fund.
