The FCA has announced the liquidation of London Court Limited, a bond administrator and ISA manager. The firm had been restricted from doing any new business since August 2023 after the FCA determined that the firm had neither adequate resources nor appropriate systems and controls to ensure investments on its platform were suitable for its target market. The FCA has published details of the liquidators and a set of FAQs for customers. It has also confirmed a dedicated FSCS contact line for LCL customers.
