This SS was updated following publication of PS9/24 – Implementation of the Basel 3.1 standards near-final part 2. The PRA has deleted Paragraph 1.2(b), Chapter 5 ‘The SME supporting factor in relation buy-to-let mortgages’ and Chapter 6 ‘Implementation timescales’.

These amendments are effective from 1 January 2026.
