In this Part -
"Article 10 data" means personal data referred to in Article 10 of the General Data Protection Regulation;
"General Data Protection Regulation" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 [OJ No. L119, 4.5.2016, p. 1] on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
"personal data" has the meaning assigned to it by the General Data Protection Regulation;
"processing", in relation to personal data, has the meaning assigned to it by the General Data Protection Regulation;
"special categories of personal data" has the meaning assigned to it by the Data Protection Act 2018;
"suitable and specific measures" means measures to safeguard the fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects (within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation) in processing the personal data of
