Article 39 Entry into force and date of application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 14 December 2027.

However, Articles 5(3), 7, 8, 9(2), 11, 33, 35 and 37(3) shall apply from 13 December 2024.
