4. Amendment of definition of "pensioner" in Act of 2010.

The definition of "pensioner" in section 1 of the Act of 2010 is amended by inserting ", subject to section 2A (inserted by the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2013)," before "means a person".
