I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Council Directive No. 73/239/EEC of 24 July 1973 [O.J. No. L 228, 16.8.73, p. 3.], Council Directive No. 88/357/EEC of 22 June 1988 [O.J. No. L 172, 4.7.88, p. 1.], Council Directive No. 90/618/EEC of 8 November 1990 [O.J. No. L 330, 29.11.90, p. 44.], and Council Directive 92/49/EEC of 18 June 1992 [O.J. No. L 228, 11.8.92, p. 1.], hereby make the following Regulations:
