(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance Act, 1989 (Reinsurance) (Form of Notification) Regulations, 1999. (2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 30th day of December, 1999. (3) In these Regulations "general manager" includes chief executive and chief operating officer.
