Regulation 43 Provision of false information, etc

Any person who knowingly or recklessly provides the Bank with false, misleading or inaccurate information on his or her own behalf or on behalf of any other person or institution in relation to any requirement imposed by these Regulations is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding €3,000, or to imprisonment for a term of not more than 6 months, or to both.
