Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended -
(a) in subsection (1), by deleting:
"and send to the Minister a copy of that notice",
(b) in subsection (2), by substituting the following for paragraphs (b) and (c):
"(b) the method of service of the notice.",
and
(c) by inserting the following after subsection (2):
"(2A) A notice under this section, a redundancy certificate and a claim for a rebate under section 36 may be combined in one document.".
