An application to the Minister for an authorisation shall be in writing and shall be sent by post to or left with the Secretary of the Department of Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism, Dublin and shall be accompanied by
(a) in the case where the application is made by an undertaking mentioned in Article 9 (a) of these Regulations, a fee of £2,000, and
(b) in the case where the application is made by an undertaking mentioned in subarticles (b) or (c) of Article 9, or in Article 25 of these Regulations, a fee of £1,000.
