Regulation 13 Administrative and judicial authorities of the State to have jurisdiction over winding-up proceedings relating to branches of authorised credit institutions

If winding-up proceedings in the State are commenced in respect of an authorised credit institution, the administrative or judicial authority responsible for conducting those proceedings also has jurisdiction for the conduct of winding-up proceedings concerning the branches of the institution that are located in other Member States.
