Regulation 26 Regulation of certain friendly societies for certain purposes.

The Central Bank of Ireland is the regulator of societies registered under the Friendly Societies Acts 1896 to 1977, other than any to which Parts 2 to 6 and this Part do not apply, in relation to compliance with Parts 2 to 6 and this Part.
